Medical & AI Disclaimer
Traccoon gives you powerful AI tools for training, nutrition, and health tracking. This page explains — clearly — what those tools are, and what they are not.
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Not medical advice
Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or condition.
AI can be wrong
Estimates and extracted values may be inaccurate. Verify before you rely on them.
Train at your own risk
Exercise carries inherent risk. Get medical clearance before starting a program.
No medical advice or doctor–patient relationship
The Service — including the AI Coach, workout and activity plans, macro food scanning, body-composition calculations, and lab-report analysis — provides general fitness and wellness information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a doctor–patient or healthcare-provider relationship with Traccoon or anyone else.
Always consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare professional before starting an exercise program, changing your diet, taking supplements, or acting on anything the Service tells you — especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication.
Lab report analysis
The AI lab analyzer extracts values from documents you upload and compares them to general reference ranges. It is an informational reading aid, not a clinical interpretation. Extraction can misread values, reference ranges vary by laboratory and individual, and flags (low / high / critical) are approximate. Only your physician can interpret your results in the context of your health.
If the app flags a value as critical — or if you feel unwell — contact a healthcare professional immediately. Do not delay seeking medical care because of anything shown in the Service.
AI limitations
- AI-generated answers, plans, and estimates are produced by statistical models and may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
- Macro and calorie estimates from food photos are approximations — portion size, ingredients, and preparation can change real values significantly.
- Body-composition figures (body fat %, TDEE, lean mass) are formula-based estimates, not clinical measurements.
- AI outputs are based on the data you provide; missing or inaccurate inputs produce inaccurate outputs.
Exercise & physical activity risk
Physical exercise — in a gym, at home, or outdoors (running, swimming, cycling, yoga) — carries inherent risk of injury. By following any workout, plan, pose, or activity suggested by the Service, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.
- Use proper form and appropriate weights; demo videos are guidance, not supervision.
- Your gym and its trainers are responsible for in-facility instruction and safety, not Traccoon.
- Plans adapt to the data you log — they cannot see your form, environment, or how you feel today.
Emergencies
The Service is not for emergencies. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. In Lebanon, dial 140 (Red Cross).
Individual results vary
Fitness and body-composition outcomes depend on genetics, consistency, nutrition, sleep, and many factors outside the Service's control. Progress shown in examples or projections is illustrative, not a promise of results.
